Cucumber – 1 medium (optional, diced)
Green chilies – 2–3 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Chaat Papri or crushed papri – 4–8 pieces
Green chutney & Tamarind chutney – optional for extra flavour

Prepare the Base:
In a large bowl, add boiled chickpeas, cubed potatoes, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilies, and fresh coriander. Mix well.Season:
