🍽️ How to Make Dahi Chana Chaat

  1. Prepare the Base:
In a large bowl, add boiled chickpeas, cubed potatoes, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilies, and fresh coriander. Mix well.

  2. Season:
Sprinkle salt, chaat masala and red chili powder over the mixture. Toss gently so everything combines evenly.

  3. Add Chutneys:
If you like, drizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney for a tangy, spicy taste.

  4. Layer with Dahi:
Pour the whisked dahi (curd) over the chaat mix and stir gently until coated and creamy.

  5. Top with Papri:
Crush papri (crispy puris) and sprinkle them on top for crunch.

  6. Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with extra coriander and serve immediately for best taste.

✨ Tips for Best Flavour

  • Use chilled dahi for a refreshing chaat experience.

  • Adjust spices to your taste — more chaat masala = tangier chaat.

  • Serve right before eating so papri stays crunchy.
